This budget friendly dish is perfect for busy individuals and families who crave a warm and flavorful meal without spending hours in the kitchen. The recipe typically includes a mix of chicken, vegetables, and spices, creating a savory and slightly spicy dish that's sure to please.
We served ours over Basmati rice and you could easily serve it with cornbread. This is a great meal to use in a meal prep and then you can eat it for lunch with a side salad.
