One of our favorite things to do is to grow our own herbs and lettuce. We currently have 2 hydroponic gardens that we are constantly using.  We have staggered when we plant each one so we aren't going long periods of time with out fresh herbs at our house. Having these is super nice during the winter months. I have included our favorite mixes of herbs and salad greens to plant.
